Negative Mitzvah 236: It is forbidden to borrow money if interest is charged
Deuteronomy 23:20 "You shall not give interest to your brother"This Negative Mitzvah cautions the borrower from taking a loan which includes an interest charge (see Negative Mitzvah 235).
Rather, he should trust that HaShem will grant him his needs in a manner permitted by Torah law.
A student begins as a sponge or as a funnel: Either everything is absorbed, undiscerningly -- or everything passes in one ear and out the other.
